A friend of mine’s fridge was dead, It set on fire while she was in bed. I’d already told her to go to TC Hayes, Saying you’ll get a new one in a couple of days. Well she wouldn’t listen, She went to West Bromwich to some catalogue store, That promised speedy delivery plus a whole lot more. Well to cut a long story short they lied Because after a week it still hadn’t arrived So in the end she ended up waiting a full ten days But we did tell her to go to TC Hayes.

Following my telephone call this afternoon I am writing to compliment and say thank you to the service engineers (and of course the sales staff) for their excellent service. Today the service engineer who called provided this ‘excellent service’, sorted quickly the problem with the hard drive recorder and also explained what to do if it should recur. He explained it in a straightforward manner which I understood, was not patronising and I felt able to ask questions. I felt both confident and comfortable that the problem had been dealt with. We are contacting you to congratulate your company on the excellent service and after sales services given. When we first purchased our television we shopped around and found sales staff were limited in their knowledge on what TV had what features.
We visited all the high street shops then after hearing your advertisement visited your company. We found the sales staff very helpful and very knowledgeable on the TV features. Some friends of ours purchased a TV from a well known high street shop and when it went wrong they waited three days for someone to come out to look at it.
We had a problem with our set some years after purchase and contacted your company. We
were told not to worry it was covered by the warranty we purchased and someone would be out
as soon as they could. To our amazement the men were at our door within thirty minutes with another TV on loan whilst they took ours to the workshop for repair. Some friends of ours got married and were furnishing their home. They said they were going to buy a TV instead of renting. We suggested they visit your shop which they did and had their TV installed in next to no time. We told them of the service we had been given and like us they found the prices very favourable but with the extra value of good service.
